Daniel Mazin

Daniel has 30 years of experience. He co-founded Dazia Capital Real Estate in 2013, where from his position as CEO he leads the company's operations overseeing the business development, strategy, financing and structuring departments.

From 1985 to 2000 Daniel was part of the energy and trading area of Glencore AG and subsequently between 2000 and 2014 he managed the Real Estate and Renewable Energy departments in the family Family Office.

Daniel holds a degree in Economics from the London School of Economics.

Leticia Pérez

Leticia has 25 years of experience in real estate. She is responsible for managing the team and the company's investments from search to execution.

Prior to joining Dazia Capital in 2015, she was an investment manager at a family office and at Fortis Bank (BNP) in RE Wealth Management. She began her career in real estate at Banco Santander.

She holds a law degree from UAM, a master's degree in Real Estate Management (UPM), and is an associate professor at IE School of Architecture (GMRED).

Juan C. Castiella

Juan Carlos has over 20 years of experience. He is responsible for financial management, supporting the execution of operations, financing, tax and regulatory compliance, since the inception of Dazia.

He has extensive experience in restructuring projects (M&A, project finance, leasing) in renewable energy and real estate.

He holds a bachelor's and master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Navarra, a master's degree in Aeronautics from MIT and an advanced management program from IESE Business School.

Alejo Molina

With his 25 years of experience, Alejo brings extensive knowledge and expertise in the real estate sector and has a significant track record in the transaction, management and valuation of properties.

Prior to joining Dazia in 2016, he held senior positions at Pramerica Real Estate Investors for 15 years, responsible for operations in Spain and Portugal.

Diego Navarro

Diego has more than 20 years of experience, bringing with him a deep knowledge of the real estate sector in Spain and abroad in business development, acquisitions and transformation of various types of assets.

Diego has held various leadership positions in companies such as Decathlon, Mazabi and KPMG. In these firms, he was part of transaction and corporate finance teams across Europe (Germany, England, France and Spain), leading efforts in lead generation, asset acquisition and management.

He holds a degree in Business Administration.

Borja Cifuentes

Borja has 8 years of experience. He brings solid experience in the analysis and structuring of complex transactions, with a special focus on financial modeling and end-to-end asset lifecycle tracking.

He held junior positions at CBRE Global Investors as an investment analyst and at Savills Aguirre Newman in the Strategy and Corporate Finance Consulting team.

He holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas (ICADE-ICAI).

Inés Turégano

Inés has more than 10 years of experience and has extensive expertise in the different phases of a residential development, from the initial analysis of assets, to product design, implementation of sales strategy and final delivery process of new homes (Middle and High- End projects).

She was Sales Manager at Kronos Homes, Senior Consultant at Savills and Asset Manager at Savills Investment Management.

She holds a degree in Business Administration from Francisco de Vitoria University and a MSc in Finance from Regents University of London.

Jorge has 20 years of experience. He is responsible for the management of the technical department. Among his main functions is the leadership of the construction of the flexible housing projects and the development of the Costa del Sol projects.

He held positions of responsibility in AEDAS Homes, responsible for the development of alternative projects and industrialization.

He is an architect by the EUAT of A Coruña.

Carolina Sitta

More than 15 years of experience. He is responsible for coordinating the design of projects, including layouts, quality standards, etc., focusing on project optimization (design and costs), specifications and collaboration agreements with suppliers./p>

She has experience in the real estate sector in Project Management and Construction Management, developing the technical and economic control of construction works.

Architect, with a degree in Business Administration and Management, with a Master in BIM Methodology and Project Management from the Polytechnic University of Madrid.

David Garaot

With 18 years of experience, David brings extensive experience in rehabilitation and luxury buildings. He is responsible for coordinating projects from inception to completion, overseeing planning and costing.

Prior to joining Dazia in 2018, David was Project Manager of the prominent Lagasca99 project, along with several rehabilitations in both the engineering and construction sectors.

He holds a degree in Technical Architecture from the Polytechnic University of Madrid.

She holds an MBA from ICADE (Universidad Pontificia de Comillas) and is a technical architect from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid.

Gaspar Gonzalez Melero

With 14 years of track record, Gaspar brings extensive knowledge and experience in the world of real estate investments, acquisitions and business development. He brings understanding of the entire real estate process, from the set-up of new verticals, asset acquisition, investment process, transaction and development follow-up to completion.

Prior to joining Dazia in 2024, he held the position of Head of Investments at Grupo Avintia RE, where he spent the last 7 years, and in companies linked to the real estate sector, from the field of architecture in Madrid, Beijing and Vienna.

He holds a degree in Architecture and a master's degree in Urban Planning from the CEU, completing his studies with a postgraduate degree in Real Estate Development at COAM and a Master's degree in Real Estate Financial Management from the IEIF.
