From its beginnings the Dazia team has undertaken 28 development projects with a total value in excess of EUR 500 million, creating over 1,000 homes across 100,000 sqm of developed space.
Dazia is also active in the corporate rentals and touristic apartment sector with a number of buildings owned and operated by the group’s in-house management company.
Dazia has created several vehicles with international funding partners in which it co-invests as well as being the development manager and driving creative force.
