Since its inception, the company has carried out 30 projects, developing more than 2,000 units and 175,000 m2, under its promoter brand Darya Homes.

Dazia is also active in the corporate rentals and touristic apartment sector with a number of buildings owned and operated by the group’s in-house management company.

Dazia has created several vehicles with international funding partners in which it co-invests as well as being the development manager and driving creative force.
