The company has a significant program to develop a portfolio of serviced rental apartment buildings in outer city locations. These buildings will provide residents a range of services, offering not only design-led accommodation and amenities but a high-quality lifestyle.

This portfolio will comprise buildings with a size of between 10,000 and 20,000 sqm. We will typically develop between 250 to 500 apartments for each site with the majority designed as smaller units for single occupancy.

The initial focus of the portfolio will be the region of Madrid with the intention of expanding to the wider Spanish market in due course.

The company will create a vertically integrated business model where we build and operate the portfolio in-house. We will have a clear aim to differentiate our offer by creating a distinct brand characterized by a high level of service and our goal to always put our residents first.
