Dazia Capital has created an investment vehicle, Darya Modern Living with an initial portfolio valued at Eur 50 million.

This part of the group has been established to invest in the development and operation of new types of rental properties which are part of today’s cities landscape, such as serviced apartments, touristic apartments and co-living as well as traditional rentals. This will include the conversion of obsolete commercial real estate assets into residential rental buildings. The primary objective is to create a higher yielding investment portfolio which Dazia will operate through its own in-house management platform.
