Established in 2013, Dazia Capital specializes in investing in value added residential projects in Spain.
Local presence and specialized knowledge have allowed the group to invest its own capital in 16 projects (13 in Madrid and 3 located in the Costa del Sol), totaling 86.000 square meters, over 500 homes and 30 retail units.
As part of its growth strategy the group co-invests with private equity funds and family offices in specific projects.
Through its real estate developer’s brand, Darya Homes, the group manages a diversified portfolio of different projects: from comprehensive renovations to greenfield developments.
The group’s strategy comprises further growth in Madrid and Costa del Sol, as well as acquisitions in other main cities within the Spanish territory (i.e. Barcelona, Málaga, Valencia, Alicante, etc.). Investments are not only made by direct asset purchased but also through the acquisition of debt (NPLs).
